this is a pinecone ginger in my front yard... i think he looks like he's got ears. :)

sorry it's been so hit and miss lately -- things have been busy, and will probably continue to be so. Funny how grad school gets in the way of the really important things (like taking pictures, sleeping -without nightmares-, and reading good books), you know? Anyways, I promise I will do my best for those of you who check here regularly for the latest installment. :) enjoy!
